Abstract
The nature of the cognitive dysfunctions of the vascular factor is very diverse, ranging from minimal impairment to the level of the stage of dementia. In most cases of converted patients associated with cognitive impairment, the elderly, in whom, in addition to vascular cerebral disorders, there is a layering of neurodegenerative processes and a wide range of somatic chronic diseases, these are arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, impaired hepatic-renal metabolism, vascular atherosclerosis, cardiovascular vascular diseases.
