Platelet Rich Fibrin Application In Maxillo Facial Surgery : Review

Abstract

Platelet rich fibrin is being tried in different fields of medicine and dentistry. Its clinical application and use has recently been increased. Its novel applications in clinical dentistry isbeingreported widely in the literature. This literature review discusses in detail the biology, preparation and applications of platelet rich fibrin in various fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
