Abstract

This study examined the impact of organizational culture dimensions on organizational performance metrics such as Sales growth, Client Satisfaction and Market Share. Organizational cultureplays an indispensable role to be considered by various dynamic organizations to sustain competitive advantage for exaggerating the organizational performance. The main aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship among the organizational culture dimensions and organizational performance metrics in the Software (IT) companies which are operating in state capital region of Telangana.
