Abstract

This research article intends to explore a markovian queue with two heterogeneous servers. In this case, the second server has a service threshold. The steady-state findings for this model have been acquired. In the fuzzy numbers for defuzzification, ranking algorithms play a significant role. The core concept is to use ranking based on themean value of statisticalbeta distribution to convert the fuzzy arrival rate and service rate into crisp numbers. It analyzes the crisp ranking system on R and provides an algorithm for ranking fuzzy numbers. Some specific models, performance measures and mathematical solutions are computed for different number of servers.
