Abstract

Increasingly high business competition requires organizations to provide added value for interested parties
(stakeholders). This is made possible by the organization's ability to compete competitively with high quality human resources.
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of LMX leadership style, organizational participation, civic behavior in
the organization, and rotation intentions. This type of research is quantified with a causal research design that is distributed to
134 respondents in the form of a questionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique using the PLS SEM analysis method.
Based on the results of this study indicate that the LMX Leadership Style has a significant effect on Turnover Intention,
Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant
effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and
LMX Leadership Style has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
